YT24Pro provides a technical tool for converting publicly available media links into downloadable formats (MP4, MP3, etc.). We do not host, store, or archive any content on our servers. Our service is designed exclusively for personal, non-commercial use, such as time-shifting or fair use archiving.

C. User Conduct:

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Download, distribute, or use copyrighted material without the express permission of the copyright holder.
• Use the Service to download material that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or promotes hate speech.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service, including hacking or introducing viruses.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to generate mass requests without express written permission from YT24Pro.

2. Intellectual Property and Copyright

• YT24Pro takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for the content downloaded by you.
• If you infringe upon the copyrights of others, you alone are legally liable.
• We reserve the right to block access to the Service immediately upon notification of copyright infringement, though we may be unable to verify the claim immediately due to the volume of requests.
